My story
Get to know me
Passionate by arts and creativity, I started my career in Marketing, Communication and Business Development and obtained a Master in Marketing with an essay based on Health and Wellbeing. I am passionate about Intersectionality, Power dynamics, Equality and Diversity and believe that everyone deserves equity, social justice and inclusion.

I realised that I was not aligned to my purpose. My core is to support others through their life experience.
I believe we all have a unique identity, personal narrative or story which influence the way we feel, think or behave.

Experience
I have experience of working in Health and Wellbeing where I demonstrated strong engagement and understanding with people across a wide spectrum (multicultural approach while working with people from different backgrounds, sexual orientation, gender, disability, race, religion, beliefs, age). I delivered anxiety and confidence building courses
I have experience working as a Primary Mental Health Practitioner where I supported client's Mental Health using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy's (CBT) techniques and tools (modules) though regular one-to-one meetings.
